How to Participate
There are multiple ways to contribute to the SEU-Allen Center: you may either contribute a neuron tracing algorithm or its implementation, or contribute neuron image datasets, or help analyze the vast amount of neuron reconstruction data. You may attend any of the SEU-Allen events. You could also participate as an on-site scholar at SEU-Allen and interact directly with many experts. You may also help generate some "gold standard" manual reconstructions, or help inspect how good an automated reconstruction is. You may also help sponsor a SEU-Allen event.

The SEU-Allen Center has a very dynamic research environment. A lot of cool things are happening there every day. The best way to find out is to visit the Center at the beautiful city Nanjing, China and have some real experience. Or watch some of the videos here:
